Broken promises and rudeness.

I purchased a large amount of furniture from Cielo Design Quarter over a month ago. We scheduled a house move around promised delivery dates and sold old furniture in anticipation of the new furniture delivery. We were told 7-14 working days from date of purchase. Today is 19 working days. There is no customer service- only silence or rudeness. No call back from the manager (who never seems to be in the shop) as promised. The service was great when making the purchase. After sales - dismal.
