BROKEN AND MISMATCHED LEATHER COUCH

STAY AWAY!!! Shocking experience after buying a leather couch for R29 000 only 8 months ago. I received the couch and immediately saw that the leathers were not matching. They refused to returned it and told me it is covered in their terms and conditions that you run this risk. They can’t assist.

8 month later after having to accept this mismatched lounge suite, two of the 3 seats have collapsed and broke.

I put in a request to have them returned and they took days to get back to me, only until I was about to go legal they sent out a 3rd party company to collect both couches. Now I’m sitting with a one seater (the mismatched colour) and they now telling me if I told them about the difference of colour back then, I could have returned it but now that it is 8 months later I can’t.

Forgetting I asked for this to happen 8 months ago but wasn’t assisted. All they do is throw Terms and conditions at you on email and links to the website.

I am a client who paid R29 000 for a couch which is BROKEN, and mismatched yet I’m getting attitude from the after sales and customer care team.

I would stay away and spend your money somewhere else.
