Brilliant overall experience!

Everything from buying to delivery was excellent!

I ordered one smallish item and wanted to know if I could pick it up in-store rather than waiting for it to be delivered, so I used the live chat function on the website. Unfortunately, there isn't an in-store collection option, but Khaya, the HUMAN :) Sales Support person I chatted with was very efficient, and my query was resolved within 6 minutes of my starting the chat!

The item I bought arrived in good time, was very well packaged, and looks exactly as advertised and described.
