We had an issue with a chair we recently purchased. Despite delays from our side on providing some of the additional information required the process was light and very simple, all thanks to Nosi M who was VERY professional, patient, polite and a pleasure to speak to, as she came across knowledgeable and offering nothing less that a first class experience, Thank you.
