Bought a clock that I had to wait over 3 months for because of one story after another. When it was eventually delivered, it seems like it was used before without the battery cover. This was raised and I was told clocks don’t come with battery covers Hardly 3 months later, the clock stopped working… guess what the issue is… the battery holder is faulty ( doesn’t tightly hold the e batteries anymore) This is unacceptable and they make sure the customer can’t do anything about the voetstoets items they sell customers without telling them
