Beyond a joke.......the worst non service company ever!!!!!!

Once again no communication from this absolutely useless company. How they stay in business is beyond me. I pray nobody has to go through the process of returning goods as they promised they were processing my refund on Thursday May 4th 2023 and to date I have not received their promised proof of refund or the money.
