Bed not delivered

Cielo Balito- Bought a bed. Has not been delivered. Im starting the 3rd week on Monday. Apparently the courier they used does not have a tracking facility so i dont know where in the world my bed is and when it will be delivered. The last i checked with the store they said the courier cited black friday for the delay 😡. How should i be affected by black friday when this was prchased weeks ago.
