Bad Service Experience

Visited both the Cielo Furniture Stores in Moffet Retails Park and Baywest mall.

The staff did not show any effort to want to assist myself as a client to attempt to show me a sample of the bar stool's wanting to order, which they do not have in stock on the shop floor.

I then purchased bar stools, had to order 4x Silver and 4x Cloud Grey as there was no samples on the floor to show me as the customer what the colour would look like. So I now need to purchase something to see what the item looks like.

No stock in the shop, need to drive all the way to the Furniture Warehouse for pick up otherwise they will charge a drop off fee PER CHAIR, not per delivery, bur PER CHAIR! It's one drop off.

Could not explain the return process.

Absolutely ridiculous.
