Bad service / bad quality

Cielo online furniture have pathetic customer service, bought a bed from them. The bed broke after 11 months (within the 12 month warranty) after I laid down on it from the side. Struggled 2 weeks with their customer service.

Then they told me that they can not help me, they sent this email to me “Please note we are unable to assist with the crossbar/ beams parts. unfortunately the Ferris bed base has been discontinued and our spares department also do not have the needed parts.

We are also unable to claim from Supplies to assist as this is not a manufacturing defect”.

So it’s normal for their beds just to break within 11 months. My common sense tells me that there is rather a defect or their quality is just really pathetic, because the bed is not even a year old and a person weighing 95kg is to heavy for it!
