BAD Service

I placed a order online and everything went well till it came to the delivery date and I did not receive anything , went to the website to see what is happing , now it is on back order and they say it will take 4-6 weeks to be made - if they said so when placing the order I wont have ordered it as I want it now not in 6weeks time - then phoning them they are rode on the phone and don't want to assist at all to resolve the Problem - very bad service
