Bad service

Good afternoon. What a poor service I received. I bought a couch. That was promised that is a warehouse. And the will deliver. I kept on calling for days and they did not even deliver the tracking number is not tracking my goods. The call center personnel is rude and they didn't even care and never give feedback. I call multiple times. I will never in my life buy anything from them anymore.
