Bad quality/workmanship

Bought the Jagger modular leather couch a few months ago. Had to return it as some of the seating made a horrible noise when getting up. Exchange went smoothly, however the replacement suite made even more noise in certain places. Another exchange and 3rd suite worse than both the 1st and 2nd suites. Eventually decided to exchange for a different brand being the Burbank and guess what 1 of the seats are rock hard and another seat makes a terrible noise as well. I am frustrated and disappointed to say the least.
