Bad quality outdoor furniture.
I bought 2 different sets of outdoor furniture.
The order was delivered weeks after the promised delivery date. Now, 14 months later, the outdoor furniture is discoloring and the wicker is breaking all around. I reached out to Cielo, and they argue that the warranty is only for 12 months. Disappointing that expensive furniture should only last 12 months.

Unfortunately, Warranty periods may differ from product to product, with some items such as mattresses or selected couches having longer warranties. Unless a product description specifies a warranty longer than 12 (twelve) months, the default warranty period of 12 (twelve) months shall apply to all products.
