Bad Customer Service,no communication
Order placed on the 26th of May,and was partially delivered as I was told that there is no stock for a catherine single bed and I will have to wait 21 days for it to be manufactured.21 days past and no communication from Cielo, I sent them an email enquiring about my bed and there was no response.The following day I sent another email begging for a response and I received a response saying that the headboard was done only the base is still in manufacturing.This is a new week and still no bed and no communication.

21 Jul 2020, 11:04My order was delivered,however the pictures online are not the same as the final product.The pictures shows something that looks like velcro attachment on the headboard for making the headboard and the base to stick together(I guess) but what I got was a headboard and a base without the velcro attachment.
