Bad customer service and defective productsDE
Purchased 2 counter bar chairs to the value of 3400.00, had to collect from the warehouse as product was not available at Stoneridge. Upon set up noticed that both chairs had quite a few scratches and the paint did not match ie one had smooth shinny paint and the other has mat finish. I have spoken to numerous people including team leader and no one has provided me with a resolution to the problem.
