Bad and horrible service

I bought a Jefferson Chesterfield at Cielo Design Quarter on 26 September 2023. I was told it will be available on 21 October and then later told 1st November. Today I was told it will available mid December. I am tired of this nonsense and inconvenience. I want my money back because I can’t live with no sofa for this long. I mean 3 months is a long time, I can’t host guests in my house.
