Bad after sales service
I purchased a Malibu PE Rattan Corner Patio Lounge Set not even 4 years ago. It has deteriorated so badly, that I will only have the framework left. I even purchased a special UV Protected thick cover to protect it. I only wish I could post the pictures of it, but no attachment place available. When contacting the customer care, they then informed me that there was only a 1 yr warranty on this patio set. Had I known that it did not even have a life span of not even 4 yrs I would never have purchased it, as it was not cheap. They did not even suggest to come and see what it looked like, to see if it was faulty, bad workmanship, or if it was wear and tear. This is disgusting. They did say that they could quote me on recovering it. Now why would I do that if it does not last? I am extremely disappointed.
