BACKORDER
Ordered item online and after 5 days no info only BACKORDER on item ordered, The time I order no indication if in stock or not sent mail no reply, eventually chat online (only office ours!) so I must use time at work, I am informed item out of stock will take 5 days where after they can only sent item another 7 days! so if you order something for a birthday, check they do not give stock or no stock.
