I was very impressed when I took a long shot at getting a new canvas umbrella canopy for my Cielo cantilever umbrella. I contacted them via email and as per most companies I didn’t expect a reply. Not so. They rep**** and sourced a new canopy and kept in touch through the process. I highly recommend these guys and will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
