Amazing professional in store service - Poor delivery thereafter

Hi Guys, bought a few things on recent black Friday from the upmarket and professional Greenstone store. Very happy with all support up until that point. Sales representative mentioned to us delayed deliveries afterward of up to 21 days which we were comfortable with. But unfortunately the *****s to assemble a single chair was completely missed in our shipment (Cielo fault or Freight forwarder fault i do not know..). We went back and fourth with store personal for many days, and it took 3 weeks for a small bag of *****s to arrive. The rest of our order on bedsets, headboards etc was all well received.
