Amazing customer service

I bought a table from cielo. I purchased it online without being able to see it because they did not have it in any of their stores. Even tough we liked it, it didn't really match our needs, so we returned it, expecting to have a difficult process with the 14 day refund guarantee. What a surprise! Siphokazi Shumpa was on top of our refund, informing me by phone or email the whole time of every step, until the resolution. I am impressed. In the 5 years I have lived in SA, this is the first company to provide this kind of customer service. Thank you! I will definetly buy from Cielo again
