Almost perfect .... but almost doesn’t count ?

Have purchased from the online store twice . Really great products , good quality and affordable . Most recent experience wasn’t the greatest - one item was delivered damaged , think they could do better at looking after the experience of clients , protecting our time and acknowledging that when things go wrong they should go out of their way to fix it - that’s what creates loyalty . Return process and resolution not as easy as ordering , client services could do better . All round , the products are awesome and most of the staff are great .
