All round good experience

I interacted with Elizma at your Somerset West Branch. I found her to be friendly, helpful, patient, honest, professionel and have good knowledge of your products. I was interested in the Lento dining chair which I subsquently bought 6. What stood out for me was the ambience of your store ,...a great shopping experience. Soft tasteful music in the background & diffusers which emitted a pleasant citrus scent. Cielo have got it! I wish more stores would have this approach ...no loud music and noisy sales people on their floor! I read the reviews of their courier which they use and I must say the views weren't good, but I had no problem with them. Good WhatsApp communication before the chairs were delivered. The only negative was that I did ask for the driver to call before he delivered, which he didn't do, but not an issue as I was at home at the time. All in all a good experience.
