Alichia Norte - Extremely poor service from Cielo! Do not buy from them

Worst retail experience of my life.

Ordered furniture via Black Friday online sale in November'22. The initial delivery was wrong - table top was a different shade to the base and the finish on the armchairs were mediocre. I had to constantly follow up to have the items collected, fast forward to January 23, got so fed up that I started asking for a refund.

Customer Service begged for one more opportunity to fix the situation. They delivered the wrong chair (again) it has been more than 4 months of dealing with this order and I am still waiting for my refund. Pelisa at Customer Service should not be in customer service. Not once has a manager intervened (despite asking to speak to one) and their lack of communication and keeping you up to date is embarrassing. I will never buy from them again. Their quality is poor and their customer service is non existent.

Must one absolutely trash a brand before you get any response. I have never been so frustrated with a purchase process .
