After sales service? Wow
Cielo’s after sales service is honestly the worst. I ordered a bed base that makes a creaking noise and reported it in Jan. I asked for them to make a plan for me with a bed base as they needed to take it back to PE/EL for repairs and did not know how long it would take. Putting my mattress on the floor for days or weeks makes no sense. A little initiative would be great

Pelisa is also the person that’s meant to be helping me but she isn’t much help to be honest. This is horrible. I’m definitely never coming back to buy at this store.
