After sale service

Purchased an office chair from them. Nothing fancy, just a basic chair. Happy with the chair, but a gas cylinder broke twice and had to contact them to resolve the issue. While the chair breaking twice was not ideal, their after sale service is superb. They kept me in the loop, quickly arranged a team to come and collect and replace or swap out a part. They dealt with it so efficiently and were so good with their communication that it really wasn’t an issue. Candice, and some other members from the after sale team, were superb in every interaction.
