Adjustable Height Standing Desk Issue

I had an issue with my adjustable height standing desk. It was not adjusting height after assembly and many back and forths with the Cielo team. However when I contacted Ayabulela Babi and expressed my frustration, she was patient, attentive, understanding and helping figure out a solution. She ral**** the relevant internal teams responsible and had my issue fully resolved. I am now enjoying adjusting my desk and working while standing. Thank you!
