A Nightmare Experience with Cielo

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you’re considering where to buy furniture and debating between Cielo, Weylandts, or any other retailer—wonder no more. Do NOT choose Cielo.

Our experience has been nothing short of a disaster. They delivered a defective couch that is literally broken and unusable. They have been refusing to pickup the couch and nor willing to process our refund. It’s been three weeks now, and these useless couches are still sitting in my living room, a constant reminder of the worst customer service and purchase experience I’ve ever had.

Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable retailer. Cielo is not worth the risk.
