A delightful experience with cielo

I recently bought a set of pots from cielo and two of the 8 items arrived damaged. I contacted cielo via email and my matter was assigned to a pleasant young lady named Sinovuyo. She was very efficient and caring in sorting out the issue. She found the most convenient ways for me to have the items exchanged. Her colleagues that I interacted with subsequently we were also a delight to deal with.

I definitely recommend cielo as a dealership and hope Sinovuyo is well recognised within the organisation.
