Here's my story: I ordered a lovely large canvas artwork from Cielo. It arrived while I was on a business trip and then didn't have time to even look at the box due to work pressures. Sometime later, I discovered that box and artwork had been bent in transit.

Pelisa from Cielo listened politely to my situation and handled the case with great professionalism. She reverted to say that Cielo no longer had stock of this particular canvas. Upon further investigation she explained that it had been discontinued. But she didn't give up her commitment to look after the customer. She arranged with the factory to manufacture a new one especially so that they could replace the bent one. Pelisa was always cheerful and ensured I received regular updates on the status of the issue.

I am now very happy with the replacement canvas. And very happy with Cielo. I sincerely hope they do more canvases in a similar genre but in different sizes so I can buy more to match the one I have.
