REFUSAL TO PAY REFUND

We have monies that is sitting at CIDB of which they do not want to refund. We have handed in all the documents required but they never refund.

The Refund agents are rude and just ignore our emails , the call centre is useless because we have I get sent to the next person and everyone says they don't deal with refunds.

It's really so disappointing and aggravating because they just holding our money for no reason!!!
