Failing upgrade

CIDB is a pathetic company and an insult especially to smes owned by blacks. CIDB don't practice what it preaches to empower small emerging companies. Instead they are doing an opposite. Especially the Groenkloof branch, starting with the receptionist by the door he's very rude. Same goes with the agents they don't mind to send you back everyday instead of giving you the list of required things. It is really tiring because I use fuel to travel to their offices and also pay everytime I try to upgrade. But nothing materializes. Not to mention making a call its like a mission impossible. To my organization paying R1200 twice for a failed upgrade is a great loss to my progress. I so wish this complain can be read by somebody who can put himself into our frustration because we are not ********* but doing a clean business.
