Cidb *****s public's money - ********s!!!

Been trying for almost two years to upgrade. Spend almost R30000. The one person sends you to the next and every one wants money paid with promises. Sent all the documents they wanted on time also over and over again. I want to go to Carte Blanche with my story. Heard from other people they had to pay bribes to Cidb's employees to get their applications through. The whole cidb department must get investigated! I can write a book on this... Too many things to write here...
