Cicada Restaurant - BIG NO NO

I booked a table for a birthday celebration. Went in and out of the Estate multiple times. Took balloons and birthday cake in the afternoon for setup. When we arrived at the appointed time with my family, we were denied access as it's only for residents. The rules onviously changed and we were not informed in time to make other arrangements. Craig is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
