Poor service and connection

This is a teally poirly set up company. The power went out due to loadshedding. Before Loadshedding I put the router off and then back on after loadshedding as i was told to do so by the technical guys last yime I had this issue. No I have no connection yet again AND i was told they will let the technicians c9me out to sort it out. When I asked when they saod well monday morning they will l9g the complaint then i will get addedto the system so hopefully by Wednesday. So that means no connection for 5 days. I WORK FROM HOME and I cant do that with out out internet. I never had su h issues with Vox yet this happens a lot woth cybersmart. They are a ****ty company that takes for ever to sprt out the issue. I cant sot 5 to 7 days each time this happens. They dont care of you work from from home or that you get docked on pay when this happens.
