Cibermart online shopping

I ordered a handbag on the online website Cibermart. They stated the price of the handbag and Cleary said shipping was free. So I ordered. A week later I an email saying that I need to pay a large amount for shipping. I communicated with them, that they stated shipping was free. I asked for a refund and they never answered me back. I never got my money back. Don't ever order from Cibermart.
