CIBA - Bad customer service
Due to medical reasons I did not want and cannot renew my membership for 2027. When I sent a request to cancel I was informed that due to their T's and C's I had to give 30 day notice prior to the renewal date. I did inform M Molefe that I was also diagnosed with dementia among other and will sent proof ASAP. Still this was not acceptable. Since when does the credit act allow a consumer to be in debt if no service or goods were delivered? This is horrifying and distasteful! I was a member for 8 years. This was the worst ever.
