WORST SERVICE FROM CIB AND PARAGON COMPUTERS!!!

I have insurance with CIB insurance for my FNB smart devices my Sony Xperia Z ultra had been damaged i made a claim and i was told that my Device would be Collected on Friday the 6th of February!!!! i was NOT contacted on the Friday by the FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY i was still not contacted by either of the parties and my device was still not collected after complaining to CIB insurance on Friday the 13th it was finally Collected i received a call from PARAGON COMPUTERS trying to give me some lame excuse about it being the Courier and that they are trying to change it!!! I DO NOT CARE ABOUT EXCUSES why do i pay insurance in the first place this is DISGUSTING !!! i REFUSE to pay any Courier or Excess fees if this is the kind of service i receive after paying every month i will change my insurance company immediately! IF I RECIEVE ANY CHARGES FOR THE COURIER OR EXCESS FEES I WILL PROCEED TO LEGAL ACTION AND GET THE OMBUDSMAN INVOLVED ! Cant even Contact me to get the problem solved!!!!!!
