Worst Insurance Ever
CIB\C427848/37/CIB6173 If there was a zero star for this insurance company, I would give them. On the 21st September 2022, I had an accident with their insured driver who wasn't cooperative and a year later in October 2023, I was contacted by their lawyers that I have to pay for the damages whereas their driver was the wrong one, I had to counter claim and submitted the witness statement and they declined the claim and saying my car wasn't damaged even though I submitted the picture. They tried to ****** money from me as I told them I wasn't insured and its a 3rd party claim. I will never recommend it to anyone. CIB is the worst of them all insurances, they don't communicate unless you contact them and ask them
