Worst Insurance ever!!

Probably the worst insurance company EVER!!! Sent inventory and photos of house content in March 2022, in September we had a home invasion where they took most of our content. After waiting 2 weeks for them to send a assessor the assessor suggested they send a valuator to do a VAR another 2 weeks later they made an appointment for the assessor to do a VAR. When the valuator arrived we advised him of what we've reppaced already as it took CIB a month to do their investigation. Just to receive the VAR report with everything we stated was borowed and reppaced calculated in the VAR amount and over valuating almost 90% of our content by almost 3times the amount and then saying we're under insured. This after they received our inventory and Photos in March and accepting that we were correctly insured. Never missed a payment and this is the quality of service you get. 2 months down the line and they are still busy assessing after we had to get correct pricing of the content and send it to them.
