<p>Last week i put through a claim as my cellphone was ****** never have i imagined that they would use insurance jargon and terms so *********ly. During my whole communication with them nothing has been consistant they kept on contadicting themsleves proving to be ***** !!! FNB has made a big mistake partnering with you guys and im certain they will loose business because of you. I am beyond disgusted and cant wait for my contract to be over in 4 months so that i can cancel this dubious insurance. NO accountability at all .</p> <p> </p>
