Terrible
I have never received such slow/terrible service like this, I dealt with a guy by the name of Hendricks and have been sending numerous mail and call regarding mobile device and it's been a months now. And now I'm certain managers have to sign up on the claim. It's been weeks and worst part is that I have to call them all the time or else I won't get feedback. I'm so unhappy
