Speed of service, efficient, and human touch
Earlier this month complained about the service rendered to me by CIB and gentleman by the name, Louis Kahts immediately sent me an e-mail and called me in the interim. He was sympathetic, calmed me down and put himself in my shoes. He promised to attend to my query and he definitely did that in record time. I am happy with the feedback and the manner in which the mater was handled by Louis and the CIB team. You have quickly changed my perception of you as a business.
