Shocking service from CIB Insurance! STAY AWAY!!

We had a car accident in June, someone drove into the back of us, it has now been 6 months and still our vehicle has not been repair. We have gone back and forth with Absa Insurance, dealing with Anja Matthew, broker based in Welkom. Then we all of a sudden had to deal with Juanita vir Meneer and the service has just been absolutely shocking to say the least. 6 MONTHS HAVE NOT PASSED AND OUR VEHICLE IS STILL DAMAGED.<br> <br> NO FEEDBACK, NO FOLLOW UPS, JUST NO CARE IN THE WORLD!<br> Every week there is some sort of excuse, either documents outstanding, which we have sent through over and OVER and OVER AGAIN or there is suddenly new forms they are waiting for which has never been sent to us! All some tactic to delay or to avoid paying out.<br> We have completely lost our patience with this and can not believe the level of service received.<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM CIB INSURANCE AND FROM ABSA INSURANCE AND FROM ANY BROKERS THAT SUPPLY ABSA INSURANCE.<br>
