Shocking service from CIB
I have been Insured with CIB and Insurisk (INS) Brokers since 2004. In my opinion the service received was shocking from Insurisk, CIB and Net Assess. The broker was of absolutely no real assistance and even told me despite the car accident not being my fault was unlikely that they repay my excess. As a result I am now changing my broker and insurance company.
