Ridiculous settlement turn around time
I had my first car accident on the 25th of March, my car was written off and towed to a panel beater. My vehicle was declared uneconomical to repair by the insurance company and assessors. They requested I sign change of ownership forms and that I courier my NATIS document and spare keys, this was done in the same week after the accident. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't received a settlement agreement. I need to get a replacement vehicle and can't as I don't even know what the settlement amount will be. I can only suspect that the payment will take just as long. Not happy with the service I am receiving. Having to follow up daily.
