Refusal to approve/ action an insurance claim by CIB insurance
On 15 March 2019, I registered an insurance claim with CIB insurance for them to have my have my vehicle repaired. My car was towed by CIB insurance from Clearwater BMW without my knowledge or consent to a place that is known to them. Upon me receiving my car, it had damage to the front and underneath with would indicate that my car was moved around with a fork lift. Now CIB refuses to approve my claim without a sensible nor valid reason. Please assist.
