Proceeded wit claim when i wasnt happy with quotes i got

<p>My car had 2 flat tyres and buckled rim my excess was R7000 and claim amount was only R10000 so i decided not to go ahead the msg didnt get to insurance company how that is my problem i dont know iv been without a car for over a month because cib decided to just go ahead with my claim when i was clearly no happy with the panelbeaters quote. It then tool the panel beater over a month to fix 2 mags and put 2x tyres iv had sucj a bad experience and such bad services. Now my car is stuck at the panelbeater until we sort this out my excess is only R3500 but the driver was under 25yrs so they trying to make me pau R7000 with all the confusion i dont understand why they wont accept my R3500 and we move on. Its defiantly not my fault and now iv decided to move my insurance else where and pursue taking action threw the ombudsman. </p>
