POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took a phone from FNB two weeks ago and the insurance company they recommended that I must use was CIB insurance....I have spoken to more than 4 people at CIB and they all took my details and promised to call me back, or get someone to call me back to give me insurance but NO ONE has called me until now.....I've been communicating with Klariska via emails and she has been trying to get people to call me back but no one has ,They do not answer their calls they, they just drop it when you call and do not respond to their emails argh this is irritating I have never received such poor service from any service provider.
