Not in it for their Customers
Failed to recover excess from 3rd party at fault. Drag the process out holding onto their right to recover. Then after 3 year prescription period state it's not economically viable to recover leaving you with no recourse against the 3rd party. Seems all the 3rd party has to do is ignore their phone calls and letters .... easy
